His I have a astra with 1.6 8v. Was driving along and cut out. Battery is good. But very slow turning over but won't start. So tried to bump it. Got the car up to speed let the clutch out and everything skidded to a stop. Car still not running.
Any ideas. Thanks in advance

Timing may have jumped

Thought it was starter. No sure it's mechanical as no dash light or codes.

Sounds like timing to me, may well be dead if that's the case them engines don't tend to survive timing jumping
Think I am just don't want to believe it hahaha. 100% confident yir right.
