Waisted stem valves

Does anyone know where to buy waisted stem valves for a 16se engine?

I doubt any are available. Grinding down the valve guides & using 8v big block inlet valves will give you a serious increase in flow, but grinding down the stems is do-able with a decent large & access to gardening facilities
