you fit a thicker steel gasket to lower the compression. or the expensive way is to change thee pistons and rods to lower it. i think the cam needs to be changed because a n/a engine has more valve overlap.
anything can be turbo'd if you got enough money.
look back a few weeks this has been up a thousand times. you should know better
