1400 C14SE Block help needed

Couple of pretty basic questions,

I have a 1400 block that i want to get on my engine stand but the bolt holes for the engine mounts are a different size to the 1300 blocks i have, which surprised me, anyone know the thread size, save me rummaging through boxes of bits ?

Also whats this brass oil hole in the block beneath the filter housing bottom right, it just had a rubber bung in it, surely that cant be right ?https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4467/...fbe90f15_m.jpg
