A mates old Nova - where is it??

Hi, I am new here. I am looking for a mate of mines old Nova. It was blue, and had a 1.6 gte engine on twin 40's when he sold it, the reg was D829KYD. Has anyone any idea where it is or even if it still exists? We would like to buy it back!

Mot history check says its mot'd until December 2017 but its not taxed.
