Small update.
When i fitted my 4pot set i found that the bleed nipples has all been murdered. Wilwood use a two piece system, the inner bit had been over tighten/corroded in. So i couldn't bleed the calipars fully, well was bleed to it's best but it wasn't good enough. So after many many emails to Wilwood and Rally design i found that the nipples all seem to be the same. So i set out to fit them today... Here are the old ones..

You can see they are rounded already...
So, the reason they are rounded is of course that Wilwood are a American company so they use A/F fitment. So i popped out and had to get these...

With my dads help help i got all four nipples bleed out, cleaned everything, Cleaned my wheels and used a sealant on them. Which is very good.

One off. So i have one spare..lol
Brakes are now fantastic, the swap has remove the bit of lose travel and make the feel much better. They warm up faster too, so less squeaking.
I rounded mine too, will get myself a 1/4 spanner. What thread are the smaller pieces? And what material are they?
I think all of it is alloy as they are mega soft. The big bit is M10, the small bit must be M4 maybe.. Unsure tho. Having bolt the right spanners makes like much much easier tho.
did you only just buy those 4 pots or have you had them a while? i emailed a guy on here about some last week but somebody beat me...... im out for their blood now lol
