Didnt make any gussets today i think its an area i may revisit as im not sure wether its a bit overkill or not.
Did some stitch welding instead!

Made up some templates for strengthening plates similar to the hockley jobbies but im not going to spend a £80+ for something thats rather easy to make yourself, no pics of them though as camera ran out of bat so i abandoned the nova for cider lol

Nice work on the engine bay, love it. Been thinking of doing something similar on the crossmember myself, how are you making sure the geometry remains unchanged when you drill the holes for the tiebars?
