Couldn't feel my legs after the tyre flipping, you're down in a squat position then lift it up, it rests on one of your legs for a second then you push it over. Basically to be strong, build your legs up lol

Rat race is another one of those conning people into making money for charity bosses thi where you cycle across the country off road
I'm loving the new gym I've joined,because it's 24 hour I can get a sesh in when I'd be doing nothing etc weekends at 2am is brilliant lol only **** in the gym lol

Always my gripe at the local gym small rooms and they put all the equipment everyone wants to use in!
Tracked my cals for a laugh today, long day delivering off the m62/m1 areas so took dinner with me but had to get something at Hartshead services as I was tired and hungry, 3,700 calories today :eek: only about 1300 too many :cry:
