Despite all the positive feedback...

I bought a CL/EW kit ages ago, He described it as in good condition. Infact, the loom was butchered to accept a total closure alarm, wires were missing and it simply didn't work. Control box was totally broken. Ended up having to buy another complete CL Loom and replace all wiring - In his defence, the Window regulators and switches e.t.c were all fine.

Despite this, i feel i'd buy again - Prehaps with some caution.

Went up to collect some bits off Colin all seemed well until i got there he said he had a a F20 box via email and when i got there 300mile round trip he only had a F16 so i had to have that. Sold me some coilovers and didnt tell me the springs were cut didnt realise until i got home. Took a Fuel Pressure regulator off the XE i bought so bascially it wouldnt run without spending more money. The loom was a mess on the xe and had to source another he gave me a xe manifold with no lamba sensor. Then he replied saying he would swap the springs and gearbox and would compensate me for the fuel pressure reg being taken off the engine. 4 emails later and no replys seems once he had the £600 off me he doesent want to know! I should of been more thurough and checked my items but i trusted him not to sell me goods that were not 100% right. Iv since sold all the bits on for what i paid for them so im not fussed just think people should be aware of my situation and how unhappy i have been with the no replys :mad:

1. You told me via email you had a F20 and you lied and played the innocent card after a 300mile round trip blagging me saying that you had one coming next week so i emailed and you never replied.

3. I had a spare manifold lying around hence why i never said anything but as no replys since you took my money why not put everything up that was wrong.

4. You have never even replied since a couple of days after i came up and you have "NEVER" offered me any other suspension let alone a SPAX kit!

5. As i said i sorted another loom but paying £350 for an xe off a suposadly reputable seller i would assume all the bits were in good usable condition and it was not and your reply was " i just strip them im no electrician"!!

As said i dont really care as i sold the bits on but you really annoyed me when you replied until i paid you £600 cash and then 2-3emails after then nothing at all!

Well no answers from Colin ignoring emails (the only way to contact him for 1000s of nova parts, or more like be ignored or fobbed off) so I'm assuming that being unhappy with the items he's selling is just tough luck I'm sure if the carbon stuff he purchased came like the dross he sent me he'd be over the moon well I'm not going away and you have had plenty of time to sort this out now and if you had just replied to emails I'd not be posting this now waste of time but I have time lots of it to waste

it was 6 months from first contact that there was a problem till it was resolved. In your own words you were to busy to deal with it and at no point until the last month did you make any reference to sending the spoiler back and when I said I would took further time to confirm the address you wanted it sent to as I was not just going to send it to an address given to me that was un confirmed plus not the same as the one used anyway so I was correct to do that but like I said it's sorted now
