2 day i fitted my gsi calipers and took them off again they would not bleed!!! so i'm going to either buy new calipers or wait till my mate gives me his cav gsi, then i'll use the calipers servo and rear conv (with a bias thingy) what u think?

did you use a pressure bleed kit, or pipe clamps? novas can be awful to bleed. stick the cav master cylinder on, and use your old pressure limiting valves ( the long hexagon bits) that ought to work.

the seals r brand new we overhauled them i think my master cyl/servo isn't 100% therefore cant cope with the piston diameter of the gsi stuff

i take it they are the ATE type (since some early gsi's had old delco ones). i found that they take a few bleedings to get the pedle feel back once the system has been drained.

as for a "bigger" servo, thats jsut so you get a light pedle! a bigger master cylinder would give you better brake performance ;)
