Started 2 months ago and am pleased with how its gone.
sould be ready in about a months time. getting the arches done and camber sorted at the mo. but hope to have it a pv next year.

i am tempted to drop and xe in the front but im going to get the rear one sorted first before any other ideas. might do it after next years pv show:)

Looks like a good project. Has the engine been braced to the chassis any more since the photos? Its not easy to tell from the pictures...

yeah it has the bar it mounts to joins onto the chassis.
fitted some perspex windows now

Nice one mate, are you planning to weigh the front end down some how? I could imagine the steering could get pretty light. Also, how are the gears, how did you make up the linkages from the box to the lever?

im planning on lowering the front down to the floor. ive lowered it 60 mm and it doesnt lift as much as i thought but am still going to lower it even more.

the gear shifter is from a cav and turned round to run lhd and then turned back to front. then a bar runs through the car under the engine back up back into the gearlinkage spot. is a bit heavy changing gear

ive done the shifter now and it works ok so im going to see how it goes first.:)

yeah got finished apart from one arch, was sold to kev-cav on migweb. i never really could be botherd to do the exteriour nice it was only built to have some good fun in which it did and at the end of the day who cares if it looks s*it from the outside when the engine was in the rear. i dont care

well had to go needed the room and my turbo decided it didnt want to work anymore and it took up smoking like a bum
