Drill a hole in the door, in between the two hinges, another one at the same height in the car body, (remove the front parcel shelf and the pannel in the footwell that supports it and drill) put a grommet in each and feed some speaker cable through... Connect it up..

Job done :D

:D Twin 40's on the way :D

an alternative method is to unscrew the little switch that turns the interior light on and off when the door is open/closed, you can then run a wire through the hole that is underneath this switch, it dosn't do any harm to the interior switch however lots of unscrewing and screwing up and/or putting lots of cables underneath this can harm the screw fitting.
