calling all ice experts

right im going to kit out my car with ice in the very near future. Can any ice expert help me now?? Ive got ?350 to spend on a full system. Im looking at components, sub, amp and head unit. thanks novadude :)

rite, this is wot I recommend.. check www.mcs-direct for prices.

Pioneer/Kenwood near entry level head unit, bout 110-120, 4x45w, CD/tuner etc

Sony 5.25" front componets in the doors - 25 quid (good reviews in mags)

Kenwood 7*10's on rear shelf (65 quid, bassy, loud etc :D)

MDF home made shelf - 10 quid

12" Pioneer/Kenwood sub - 60 quid

Box - home made or something, 20 quid

Amp: cheapo boss sound affair will be fine. 400w, 50ish quid.

Now, run all speakers from head unit (plenty loud) and the sub from the amp, bridged, low pass filter etc.

Spend 25 or so on cabling and there ya have a nice, cheap, loud, quality system! Sorteeeeeeeed
