Well folks thought i would mention someone on here,i recently paid 90 pounds posted for an Ecu and Ignition Amplifier for a V6 cavy/cally.The guy said he did have to dig out the Amp in his garage. So after a week waiting for parts to arrive, the courier arrives on Tuesday with parcel(All excited at this point)I rip it open to discover just the Ecu,no Amp!!! So looks like another long wait to find one of them,my van is all set for the MOT(has been for 2 weeks).Just these two parts needed.
The person isnt replying to my Msgs on phone or Forums,i am reluctant to phone as i would just lose my temper and that would get me nowhere.

So for all on here is name is Mark1astramad.............................

"Mark1astramad" should have been your thread title, otherwise people will be wary of buying bits from a user called "parts"

Sorry to hear about your loss though mate. I would phone him though, there may be a simple reason for you being unable to get in touch.

hi mate, just been informed of this.
i havent had any text off you since last week, and ive limited net access due to smashing my laptop screen.
i will have a look in the garage again, but up to now,ive had no joy.

if i have no joy,ill refund £20 to go and get one from someone else.

and just a break down for the price,it was 50 for the ecu,20 for the amp,and 20 postage.

20 postage because it was sent via dhl highlands and islands.....get ur facts first before adding cocky replies.

most delivery is charged at £10 but coz he lives over the water...its an extra price, not my problem

Give him a break guys! he's trying to resolve the situation as amicably as poss, I'm presuming the buyer had agreed to the postage, before paying it.

Looks like its being sorted out. And if the buyer isnt happy with a postage cost then surely he wouldn't agree to it in the first place.

Thread tidied :)

Right i was happy with the postage and happy with your price for the parts. But why was there no mention of the amp not being posted of to me with the ecu?
And yes your breakdown of the price was just what i thought, but its part of the deal thats missing with the amplifier.Would you have just sent the Amp without the ecu? No i doubt it,ach its only the 20 pound part not the main 50 pound one.

And it took me to post this for you to reply, would have been easier to answer texts or pms. If you find amp just flog it again:thumb:.. Paul..
