Cannot Edit Signature

When I view my profile my signature is there and in the profile options it allows me to choose whether or not I want to show my sig.

However, I cannot find the option to edit my sig anywhere in the user profile page.

That would explain it. Just got a bit confused as to why I could see my sig in my profile but couldnt do anything with it.
