just wanted to double check a few thing before i put the loom into my car

is this the black ignition live wire, its the one in the centre of the pic next to the plug underneath the rubber grommet

and are these the wires i use to, temp gauge, fuel pump,and rev counter

also what do i connect the red and blue ecu speed sensor wire to?

The red with a blue trace is your fuel pump feed not a speed sensor wire and the black ignition feed is usual located near the end of the loom near to the coil and dizzy plugs not where you have pictured if I remember correctly

Yes correct that is the ignition live, and also correct that the ones on the green/black plugs are dash signals.

Thick Red and Blue in that pic is the fuel pump live. (Use thick wire to connect)

I thought thick red/blue was fuel pump and the thin red/blue was ecu speed sensor?

The fuel pump wire has its own plug which looks like its been cut off there.

Theres another blue/red on one of the other plugs, thats the speed/abs signal

the blue/red in that pic has just been unclipped from that black plug its twice as thick as all the other wires i thought that was for the fuel pump and theres a smaller blue/red wire that i thought was the ecu speed sensor,
what doea the ecu speed sensor wire actually connect to?

thick red/blue is fuel pomp
thin red/bleu is abs/tc ro something. (not needed)

green is rev, blue is water temp,black is ignition live.

the black is mostly on the end, a single wire with a long 'pipe shaped' plug.

(i have a calibra loom, dont know how many difference that makes.)

black ign wire has already been cut as have a few of the other wires
would the fuel pump wire plug in to my loom somewhere if it still had the plug on it, my car is a k reg 1.2 spi luxe plus (in tank pump)

my wiring is butchered pretty much as above too and have same sorta problems identifying wires, anyone know which wire from ignition on car is the ignition live? have already used search and cant find it so dont bust my balls for asking lol

imo the easiest way to work it out would just be to have a wiring diagram from each car then you can match together easy.
