WHich bits are needed from the tigra loom when fitting the x16xe Into a nova.

I have cut out the transponder wire which has about 7 wires, and also the engine wiring plug which has about 7 wires again.

Is there anything else i need off the loom which may be useful?

that should be all, you will need a 1.2spi transducer. and if you need any help just ask, done a few small block xe nova's

Where the ecu plugs into the car (9pin black plug), cut the CAR side off too, so you keep the whole plug, then wire it into your car...
So you can keep the loom unpluggable.

Get the chip out the key too

yeah Small little Black plug, engine loom to car loom. I snipped that so i have a load of wire for it. Got both keys for the ecu and the ecu is dowstairs...

I've cut the plugs off for the lights, heaters etc as well as im using the corsa dash.

I'll keep that to one side for now. I'll get some tape and mark up what wire do what as there is a wiring guide somewhere on here which i was reading. cheers CK and Adam...

thats the one... Was just looking at that and i need to get somthing for the VSS. I was planning on running corsa clocks tho as im running the corsa dash and the vss is built into the clocks IIRC.

Not to thread Jack here, but my Corsa Sport Engine seems to have the VSS on the Box, is this right or is it something else?

I've just removed all the wiring from my nova X16XE, I've only found 2 wires joined to the nova loom? only other wires connected were the live battery clamp and another red going to the battery (fuel pump?)
